Originally from Malaysia, I started calling Australia home after winning a scholarship to study medicine at the University of Adelaide. Following graduation, I gravitated towards preventative & general medicine, mental, rural & Aboriginal Health, which shaped my practice today.
Since earning my MBBS from the University of Adelaide in 2010, I have worked in various South Australian clinics and public hospitals, including rural locations such as Mount Gambier, Port Lincoln, and the Yorke Peninsula. I completed my GP training in 2018, and have been actively involved in teaching, coaching and training new doctors through Flinders University and RACGP.
I practice collaborative care, with a focus on mental health (including ADHD management), pregnancy planning and antenatal shared care. She also has extensive experience in paediatric medicine, Aboriginal health, and complex chronic disease management.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending book club, dancing B.class, playing the piano, going to the theatre, and travelling around the world.
